INVITATION TO TENDER

THE PROVISION OF SECURITY AND GUARDING, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND CCTV MAINTENACE SERVICES
The ST. JOSEPH’S TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FOR THE DEAF invites sealed tenders
from eligible candidates the provision of Security and guarding, fire extinguisher,
Insurance and CCTV Maintenance Services a two-year contract effective 1st
September, 2024. The contract will be subject to annual Satisfactory Performance
review.
A complete set of tender document may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from
the Authority’s websitewww.stjosephsttid.ac.ke or PPIP portal.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and
should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain
valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted. Completed
tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked to be
addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Thursday, 7TH AUGUST, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers
representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Board Room.
ST. JTTID reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the
tenderingprocess and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without
therebyincurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
