Those interested must meet the following mandatory requirements, which should be supported by certified copies of requisite documents during submission for consideration for further evaluation: -­

Interested Bidders must provide the following for items

  • Proof and evidence adequate equipment and key personnel for the specified types of
  • A copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate confirmed through the KRA TCC
  • Properly filled Form of Tender/quotation and Confidential business
  • NCA8 for construction
  • Valid AGPO Certificate
  • Certificate of Incorporation / Registration from the Registrar of Companies /Businesses

Tender documents may be obtained in person or on written request from the Voi Sub County Supply Chain Management Office during normal working. Price quoted must be net i.e. inclusive of all Government taxes expressed in Kenya Shillings and valid for 120 days after closing date. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the Tender number should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the main entrance of the Deputy County Commissioners offices or be addressed to for item: –

Should be deposited in the Tender Box at the NG-­CDF Voi office on or before 20TH AUNGUST  2024

at 10.00a.m.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representativesat the VOI NG-­CDF Boardroom.
