NATIONAL DROUGHT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TENDER AUGUST 2024 

REGISTRATION AND PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE PERIOD 2024-2026

The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a public body established by the
National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) Act, 2016. It previously operated under
the State Corporations Act (Cap 446) of the Laws of Kenya by Legal Notice Number 171 of
November 24, 2011.
NDMA invites eligible suppliers for registration and prequalification for various goods and
services the period 2024-2026.
The Registration and Prequalification process will be conducted online via Authority’s ERP
Portal. Interested and eligible suppliers can access and register on https://tenders.ndma.
go.ke/ or from the Public Procurement Information portal at https://www.tenders.go.ke
Where required, all requisite documentation MUST be scanned and uploaded onto the
portal. Hardcopy applications will NOT be accepted.
Existing service providers are required to participate in order to be considered.
