INVITATION FOR UPDATING OF THE PRE-QUALIFICATION /REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2024- 2025 / 2025-2026
Kianyaga high school intends to register suppliers for Supply and delivery of Building construction
materials for financial years 2024- 2025 / 2025-2026.
Registration will be conducted through (National Tender) procedures using a standardized registration
document and will be open to all applicants who register.
Interested and eligible candidates may obtain detailed information and inspect the Registration Document
at Kianyaga high school Administration block during normal working hours or the school website
kianyagahigh.ac.ke.
Tenderers shall ensure that the submitted bid documents is (are) serialized/paginated, and intact. (i.e., each page in the
submitted bid shall have page numbers/serial identification).
Completed registration document should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Registration
reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box located entrance of the school Administration
Block.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the School boardroom in the presence of the bidders or
their representatives who choose to attend the opening.
Late bids SHALL NOT be accepted.
