INVITATION FOR BIDS

The County Government of Kiambu, through the DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ECONOMIC PLANNING invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the following tenders.

3 CGK/FRM/FEP/003/ 2024/2026 FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGEMENT OPEN TO ALL

Mandatory requirements, tender conditions and further instructions are contained in the tender document that can be downloaded free of charge at www.kiambu.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Completed tender document should be submitted in a sealed envelope by 12:00pm [East African Time) on or before Tuesday 3rd  September 2024 in the tender box situated outside the Governor’s office reception located in Kiambu County headquarters-Kiambu sub county.

The closing date for submission of the tenders is on Tuesday 3rd September at 12:00 Noon. Tenders will be opened on the same day at the Deputy Governors Board Room in Kiambu County Headquarters in the presence of bidders ‘or representatives who choose to attend.

NB.-LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
