INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR HONOURABLE MEMBERS AND STAFF OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF BUNGOMA.

TENDER NO: CA/BGM/OT/01/2024/2025 
1. The COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF BUNGOMA invites sealed tenders for the provision
of Insurance Services for MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR HONOURABLE MEMBERS AND STAFF OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF BUNGOMA.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours Monday-Friday 8.00A.M-5.00P.M at the
address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from
the website
www.bungomaassembly.go.ke
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested
tenders upon payment of non- refundable fees of KES in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below. Tender documents obtained electronically will be
free of charge.(NOT APPLICABLE)
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security of Ksh. 673,000
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 2ND SEPTEMBER 2024 at 11.30 a.m. ONLY Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
