ACTED, is inviting suppliers of Air Travel, Ticketing and Taxi services to submit offers for the year 2024-2026.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents [in English] can be obtained by sending a requisition email to kenya.tender@acted.org ;, cc tender@acted.org . A non-refundable fee of KES 1,000.00 per Lot will be requested from the bidders on bid submission stage. The amount will be paid to Mpesa via PAYBILL NO. 303030 ACCOUNT – 2021747028 or Bank Deposit to Absa Account name, Agency for technical cooperation and development. Bank account No: 2021747028 and the deposit slip submitted along with bidding documents. Failure to attach the proof of payment will lead to automatic rejection.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED staff in the offices regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before 4rd September 2024 at 05.00pm through kenya.tender@acted.org with tender@acted.org in cc. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 9th September 2024 at 10.30AM in the ACTED representative office in Nairobi. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
