EQUALISATION FUND TENDER AUGUST 2024 

INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
The Equalization Fund, which is established by the Public Finance Management (Equalization
Fund Administration) Regulation 2021, is semi-autonomous entity under the National Treasury.
The Fund is withdraws its mandated from the constitution of Kenya 2010.
The Chief Executive Office EF invites sealed registration of suppliers and Framework Agreement for
supply of goods and services for the period beginning 30th July 2024 to 29th July 2026 from eligible
bidders. Those currently registered are encouraged to apply afresh.
For registration and framework agreements, bidders are informed that goods, works and services will
beprocured on “As and when need arises basis.”
PROPOSED LIST OF ITEMS FOR REGISTRATION AND FRAMEWORKAGREEMENTS.
FOR 2024/2025 AND 2025/2026 FINANCIAL YEAR

The items that are categorized AGPO are tenders for youth, women and persons with disability and must
attach a copy of registration certificate from National Treasury. Youth, women and persons with disabilities.
The Special Group are encouraged to competitively apply for open tenders aslong as they meet the required
specifications.
1. It is expected that the Invitation to Tender will be made in August, 2024
2. Tendering will be conducted through Open National Tender
3. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification
Document during office hours 8.00am to 5.00 pm at the address given below.
The Head Supply Chain Management Services, 8th Floor, Equalisation Fund Advisory Board,
National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi.
4. Prequalification/framework A Document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the PPIP
website: www.tenders.go.ke or from the Equalisation Fund website info@equalizationfund.go.ke
free of charge.
5. Applicants who download the Prequalification Document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@equalizationfund.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
6. Applications for prequalification/framework agreement should be submitted by postal service, or
hand/courier delivery, clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below by
Thursday 5
th September, 2024 at 10:30am. Electronic tenders will NOT be permitted.
7. Late applications shall be rejected.
8. Duly Completed Registration / Framework Agreement Documents should be in plain sealed
envelope clearly indicating respective “Tender Title and Reference Number” and should be
addressed to:-
