INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF STAFF PROVIDENT FUND SCHEME SERVICES

TENDER NO. NCA/T/09/2024-2025
1. The Nyandarua County Assembly (NCA) through the Clerk invites sealed tenders for
Provision of Staff Provident Fund Scheme Services. The services will be provided on
a three (3) years contract period with a value for money assessment undertaken annually
to confirm whether the service provider is providing satisfactory services. The service
provider may be considered to provide the services for an additional renewal period of
three (3) years after expiry of the initial three (3) year contract period. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, each year of renewal shall be subject to written confirmation of NCA
(Nyandarua County Assembly) to proceed with the contract.
2. Tendering will be conducted using open competitive method (Open National Tender)
using a standardized tender document.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from
www.nyandaruaassembly.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may also obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours at the address given below.

5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to assemblyprocurement18@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum/addenda.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by Original tender security (Bid bond) of Kenya
Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (Ksh.100,000.00); in form of a Bank guarantee from a
bank licensed and operating in Kenya, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the
tender (180 days) shall be submitted by prospective bidders. This shall be in the format provided
in the tender document. Tender Security from an Insurance Company shall NOT be
acceptable.

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize/paginate all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 5
th September, 2024 at

and deposited in the Tender Box provided at: the reception of Nyandarua County Assembly
New Office Block Wing B adjacent to Ol Kalou High Court.
9. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Procurement Office and
recorded using the register located at the Office.
10. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
11. Tender documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in
the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
12. Late Tender documents will be rejected.
