MOBILIZATION DEPARTMENT invites sealed tenders for the: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY DESKTOP COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS, PRINTERS AND RELATED
ITEMS FY 2024/2025-2026
5. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is reserved for youths, women and persons with disability

7. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one CONTRACT.
8. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1600 hours] at the address given below.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kilifi.go.ke)
or the Government Tender Portal PPIP. Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9TH SEPTEMBER 2024
