EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROCUREMENT OF TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICE THROUGH ONLINE BOOKING TOOL.
REF: NT/EOI/004/2024-2025
1. The National Treasury seeks a qualified Travel Management System and Service
provider company/firm through a competitive Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)
and subsequently Request for Proposal (RFP) for qualifying bidders to provide an
Online Travel Management System and Service that align with the National Treasury.
Key focus is consolidation of travels within the National Treasury with a digitized
system with possibility to integrate with the Approved ELECTRONIC Government
Procurement system.
2. The eligible service provider should indicate their interest in providing the ‘Services’,
provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and
relevant experience to perform the Service.
3. The expected duration of the contract is two (2) years renewable subject to satisfactory
performance.
4. The Terms of Reference (TORs) and detailed information can be found on the Public
Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke or on the National Treasury
website www.treasury.go.ke.
5. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should
indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a subconsultancy.
In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be
jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
6. Interested firms may obtain further information at the address below during office
hours between 0900 to 1600 hours.

The Expression of Interest will be opened immediately after the closing date and time in
the presence of candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the National
Treasury, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi, Conference Room on 6th Floor, Room 603 on 10th
September, 2024 at 1100 hours, Kenyan Time.
