TENDER NOTICE

Garissa University invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following tender:

Complete Quotation documents with detailed information may be obtained from Garissa
University website www.gau.ac.ke or on the public procurement information portal:
www.tenders.go.ke for free. Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly
marked with the Quotation reference number and description shall be addressed to:
VICE CHANCELLOR
GARISSA UNIVERSITY
P.O BOX 1801-70100, GARISSA
UNIVERSITY WAY, OFF KISMAYU ROAD
And shall be delivered and dropped in the tender box provided at the Garissa University main
administration block so as to be received not later than Thursday, 12th September 2024 at
11:00 a.m. Document submitted after this, SHALL NOT be accepted.
The Quotation documents will be opened right after, in the presence of tenderers or their representatives
who wish to attend. This will take place at the open verandah on the ground floor of the main administration
block.
