INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT THE NATIONAL TREASURY BUILDING, BIMA HOUSE,
HERUFI HOUSE, NATIONAL BANK BUILDING (17TH AND 18TH FLOORS), RE-INSURANCE
PLAZA (5TH, 6TH AND 7TH FLOORS), ANNIVERSARY TOWERS (7TH FLOOR) AND CBK PENSION TOWERS (3RD FLOOR)
TENDER NO: TNT/ONT/SECURITY/005/2024-2025
1. The National Treasury invites sealed tenders for the provision of SECURITY SERVICES AT
THE NATIONAL TREASURY BUILDING, BIMA HOUSE, HERUFI HOUSE, NATIONAL
BANK BUILDING (17TH AND 18TH FLOORS), RE-INSURANCE PLAZA (5TH, 6TH AND 7TH
FLOORS), ANNIVERSARY TOWERS (7TH FLOOR) AND CBK PENSION TOWERS (3RD FLOOR)

2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tendering Procurement method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to Selected, qualified and interested
Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below. More
details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred
Thousand (Kshs. 500,000.00) from a reputable Financial Institution in Kenya valid for 30
days beyond the Tender Validity period.
6. Tenderers are invited to undertake the site visit before bidding to verify details and scope
of services.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th September,
2024. Electronic Tenders shall not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
