PROVISION OF AUCTIONEERING SERVICES 2024 – MINA

NATIONAL REGISTRATION BUREAU TENDER SEPTEMBER 2024 

1. The National Registration Bureau invites sealed tenders for Provision of Auctioneering Services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tendering method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is OPEN TO ALL qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded to bidder(s) on the basis of Lowest Evaluated -Bidder.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain a complete set of tender documents from the PP1P portal, www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
4. Tenderers who download the tender document and require clarification must forward their particulars immediately to procurements identitv.go.ke and copy nrbprocurement813S.gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours [i.e., 0900 to!500 hours] at the address given below. More details on the goods are provided in PART 2 – Supply Requirements, Section V – Schedule of Requirements in the Tender Document.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Interested eligible tenderers shall submit ONE (INo) ORIGINAL and ONE (1 No.) COPY of the bid documents.
8. Prices quoted MUST be NET inclusive of all government taxes, delivery cost and shall remain valid for 210 days from the tender closing date and time.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 17^th September, 2024, at 10.00 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
