SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GENERAL OFFICE SUPPLIES, COMPUTER ACCESSORIES AND CATERING ITEMS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
The Judiciary invites sealed bids from registered groups under youth, women and persons with Disability for supply and delivery of general office supplies, computer accessories and catering items under a framework contract for a maximum period of three (3) years renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance.
Interested and eligible candidates may view or obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Judiciary website: www.judiciary.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke . Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least three (3) days before the closing date of the tender. All clarifications and addendums will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.
There will be a Pre-Bid conference on 10th September, 2024 at 02.00 pm via Microsoft Teams link; (http://alturl.com/i5z5a )
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, delivery costs and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the tender closing date. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration form in the format provided in the tender document. The tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Late tenders shall be rejected. Samples are to be viewed at Supreme Court Building, Second floor, Room No. 87 during normal working hours (8.00 am to 5.00 pm) from Monday to Friday.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance. City Hall Way, Nairobi and addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Supreme Court Building, Second Floor Room No. 74 or as may be advised.
