INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF CLEANING AND SANITARY SERVICES AT PRISM TOWERS, 3RD NGONG AVENUE, NAIROBI

TENDER NO. NaMATA/OT/C&SS/002/2024-2025 
1. The Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority invites sealed tenders for the provision of cleaning and
sanitary services at Prism Towers 3rd Ngong Avenue on Floors 9th, 31st and 32nd Floors for one (1) year
renewable for additional similar term subject to satisfactory performance in the first year.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [National] but reserved for (Women,
Youth and Persons with Disability) under AGPO Program.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours i.e., 0900 to1500 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services
are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the
Tender Document.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke or
www.namata.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to supplychain@namata.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a dully filled signed and stamped Tender-Securing
Declaration form.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Tender
Document must be tape bound and not Spiral bound. Spiral bound documents shall be automatically
disqualified. This instruction is issued pursuant to Section 74(i)(j) of the Public Procurement and Assets
Disposal Act, 2015.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th September, 2024 at
11.00 HRS EA Time. Electronic Tenders will not] be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
