TENDER NOTICE

The African Development Bank [hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite separate technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for;

  1. Provision of security services to African Development Bank’s eastern Africa regional center office and staff residences. The Request for Proposal is available for downloading from this link: http://www.afdb.org/en/about-us/corporate-procurement/procurement-notices/current-solicitations/. Alternatively, the document may be obtained by sending a request to RDGE_Tender@afdb.org

Terms of Reference will only be availed to a bidder upon the Bank receiving a request through email on RDGE_Tender@afdb.org.

  1.             Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope [with both the technical proposal and financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes), delivered at the address below by Tuesday 10th March, 2020,15.00 hours EAT.
  2.         Bidders MUST attend a mandatory site visit and attend the Pre-Bid conference that will take place on 18th February, 2020 from 10.00AM at the above address.

iii.            Any Clarifications should be received by COB 19th February, 2020.

 

  1. Provision of maintenance of an automatic fire detection and suppression system and the provision of maintenance services for fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, hose reels and water sprinkler system services to African development bank’s eastern Africa regional center office services. The Request for Proposal is available for downloading from this link: http://www.afdb.org/en/about-us/corporate- procurement/procurement-notices/current-solicitations/. Alternatively, the document may be obtained by sending a request to RDGE_Tender@afdb.org.
  2.             Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope [with both the technical proposal and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes), delivered at the address below by Wednesday 11th March, 2020,15.00 hours EAT.
  3.         Bidders MUST attend a mandatory site visit and attend the pre-bid conference that will take place on 19th February, 2020 from 10.00am EAT at the above address.

iii.            Any Clarifications should be received by COB on 20th February, 2020.
