INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
PROVISION OF ONSITE SUPPORT FOR IFMIS APPLICATIONS, ENHANCEMENT OF ORACLE
HYPERION BUDGETING AND PLANNING MODULE FOR NATIONAL AND COUNTY TREASURIES.
TENDER NO. TNT/010/2023 – 2024
1. The National Treasury invites sealed Tender for Provision of Onsite Support for IFMIS
Applications, Enhancement of Oracle Hyperion Budgeting and Planning Module for
National and County Treasuries as follows;

Firms may bid for one or all the LOTS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under the Open Tendering Procurement Method using a
Standardized Tender Document. Tendering is open to the eligible, qualified and Selected Tenderer.
3. Eligible, Qualified and Selected tenderer may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs at the address given below.
4. The Selected Tenderer must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@treasury.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the documents submitted.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings One Million Five
Hundred Thousand Only (Kshs. 1,500,000.00) from a reputable Bank or by an insurance
company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Public
Procurement Regulatory Authority in Kenya valid for 30 days beyond the Tender Validity period.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00 a.m. East
African Time on Wednesday 9th October, 2024 AT 11.00 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
