KTDA Holdings Limited (KTDA) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for provision of whistleblowing and hotline management services for KTDA Holdings in accordance with the requirements set out in the request for proposal document.
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed Request for Proposals document from the procurement office located on third floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi upon payment of the tender registration fee, during working hours. The documents may also be requested after payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com
Proposal documents, in sealed envelopes marked with the tender description and reference, should be addressed to:

Completed proposal documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi, to be received not later than 15th October 2024 at 09:30 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day.
The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
