FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2024/2025

The County Assembly of Busia invites bids for the Provision of the following Services for the FY 2024/2025.

Tender documents can be obtained free of charge from the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke , from the County Executive Website www.busiacountv.go.ke or from the Procurement office of the County Assembly located along Busia-Kisumu Road during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.

Completed tender documents shall be submitted online through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  in PDF format as per the requirements contained in the Tender document. After successful online submission, the bidder is required to submit a hard copy of the document to the Procurement office manually, enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Tender Number and the Tender Description and addressed to: –

Tenders shall be closed on Friday 4th October, 2024 at 10: 00 Am. Tenders will be opened electronically promptly thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend within the County Assembly precincts. Any further clarifications or addendum shall be made through the County Executive Website.
