TENDER FOR PROVISION OF IN-HOUSE CATERING SERVICES

WORLD VISION TENDERS SEPTEMBER 2024 

World Vision is a global Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. We hereby invite expression of interest from registered, approved and reputable Catering/Hospitality companies to provide above-named services to World Vision Karen based entities in Kenya.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS:

1. a)Interested bidders must be registered Catering/Hospitality services companies with a valid food handlers’ certificate from Public Health operating within the Republic of Kenya.

Tender documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link: https://forms.office.com/r/Gd6vwuD8yp

Interested bidders must express their interest through the link by 05:00 P.M Thursday 3rd October 2024.

2024. b)Tender documents will be sent via World Vision coupa portal to all bidders who will have expressed interest on Friday 4th October 2024. Instructions for submission of completed tender documents shall be indicated in the tender document.
2025. c)Interested eligible bidders shall submit their tender bids electronically through World Vision Coupa Portal on or before Monday 14^th  October 2024 at 05:00 P.M. Note that the portal does not allow submission of bids after closing time.
2026. d)World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this tender process.
