PROVISION OF MEETING VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION FOR 55TH UNAIDS PCB MEETING IN NAIROBI, KENYA.

TENDER NUMBER. NSDCC/T/0007/2024-2025 
1. The National Syndemic Diseases Control Council invites sealed tenders for Provision of
meeting venue and accommodation for 55th UNAIDS PCB meeting in Nairobi,Kenya.
2. Tenders will be awarded on to the lowest evaluated bidder.
Tendering will be conducted under the National competitive tendering method using a standardized
tender document.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours as from 0900 to 1600 hours. at the address given below. More
details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 payable to the Accounts Office on 8th floor
,Landmark Plaza.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from our website www.nsdcc.go.ke; or
www.tenders.go.ke.
6. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@nsdcc.go.ke, to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the sequence
of 1, 2, 3.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00am, 8TH October
2024. Bidders MUST a copy and original to be address provided in 10(b) below.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
