The County Government of Lamu invites tenders from interested and eligible bidders/ contractors for the tender described hereafter. Details of the scope of works/Services shall be indicated in the tender document.
Interested and eligible bidders may download tender documents from County Government of Lamu Website www.lamu.go.ke ,www.tenders.go.ke or the IFMIS supplier portal free of charge.

Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL (No manual submissions): http://supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Thursday, 17th October 2024 at 11:00 am EAT and time indicated in the IFMIS portal. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS portal.
All document(s) must be paginated in the format (1, 2, 3, 4….)
Bidders are advised that the original tender security to be dropped in the tender box at Lamu County Headquarters, Mokowe, Ground Floor while a scanned copy to be attached to the bid documents and submitted through IFMIS portal so as to be received on or before Thursday, 17th October 2024 at 11:00 am EAT. Tender opening will take place immediately at The County Government Of Lamu Headquarters Boardroom, 2nd Floor Mokowe and in the Presence of the bidders who will be interested to attend.
Prices quoted must be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of the tender.
NOTE: Bidders who experience challenges in accessing or uploading tender documents in the IFMIS portal should contact the IFMIS helpdesk 0800721477 at The National Treasury or contact ,County Government of Lamu, Procurement Department Offices , Blue House Annex within the Lamu County Headquarters in Mokowe-Lamu during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. – 5.00p.m. With exception of public holidays.
