Interested bidders may obtain clarification from the Head of Supply Chain Management Office 2nd floor during working hours or through email: – supplychain@wajir.go.ke .
Completed bid documents shall be sealed in plain envelope (Original and Copy) marked with the tender Name, Reference number and be deposited in the tender box situated at the Ground Floor, County Headquarters Offices on or before Tuesday 15th October, 2024 at 10.00am Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Ground Floor Boardroom in the presence of tenderers/ representatives who wish to attend.
NOTE:
- In spirit of promoting Equity and Fair Competition in the procurement process as per the requirements of the Constitution of Kenya Section 227, bidders are required NOTTO BID for more than Two (2) tenders and will be eligible for award fora maximum of one (1) Tender Only.
- LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
