Chebara Girls Secondary School, Elgeyo Marakwet County, Marakwet West Sub-County, hereby invites sealed bids for the aforementioned tender. Interested bidders may visit the site and obtain complete set of tender documents from the Chebara Girls Secondary School along Eldoret – Kapsowar Highway during official working hours 08:00am – 4:00pm; Monday to Friday upon payment of a Non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00.
Bidders who wish to participate in this tender MUST study the Tender Evaluation Criteria issued in the tender document and provide all the mandatory requirements Indicated in the tender document, summarized hereunder:
- Valid NCA registration and Annual Practicing License (NCA7 and Above)
- Certified copies of Certificate of incorporation and CR 12
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Bid bond of Kes 20,000.00 from a reputable bank or PPRA accredited insurant e company, and shall be valid lot one hundred and fifty (150) days from tender opening date.
- Evidence of line of credit
- Valid Single Business Permit 2024
- Litigation History
- Power of Attorney and proof of NON- DEBARMENT in matters public procurement.
- Audited Accounts of the last Three Years (2021-2023)
- Dully Filled, signed and stamped Business and Tender Questionnaire
- Dully Filled signed and stamped Form of Tender.
- Completed projects and on-going projects.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender names and number should be deposited into the tender box situated at the Chebara Girls Secondary School before 14th October ,2024 at 10;00am .Opening of tender documents will take place soon thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who chose to attend.
