The Kaimosi Friends University invites sealed tenders for the PROVISION OF
PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES FOR KAIMOSI FRIENDS
UNIVERSITY COUNCIL MEMBERS (IN-PATIENT AND OUTPATIENT)INSURANCE) for Kaimosi Friends University The contract will be for a period
of 2 Year. This Tender is open to all Insurance Providers Licensed by the Insurance
Regulatory Authority and eligible to provide INSURANCE SERVICES FOR KAIMOSI
FRIENDS UNIVERSITY COUNCIL MEMBERS (IN-PATIENT AND OUTPATIENT) business in Kenya.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized
tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours. [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
1. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.kafu.ac.ke or PPIP portal. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.

3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the University website
www.kafu .ac.ke or at the Public Procurement Information Portal.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security of 2%
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address above on or before 1000Hrs on
22ND OCTOBER, 2024.
6. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later.
8. Submission of two tender document Original and a copy.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
