TENDER FOR PROPOSED REMODELING AND PARTITIONING OF STADIUM VIP LOUNGE.

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF EMBU TENDERS OCTOBER 2024 

Embu County Government invites sealed tender for the Proposed Remodeling and Partitioning of Stadium VIP Lounge. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender method using a standardized tender document.

THE TENDERS IS FUNDED THROUGH COUNTY REVENUE FUND FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-2025

1. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening including the contract period.
2. The eligible tenderers are required to STRICTLY respond through e-procurement suppliers portal: www.supplicr.treasury.go.ke and submit a copy of the original duly filled tender document (same as the one submitted online).
3. The copy must be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with tender name and negotiation number and deposited in the tender box located at the procurement block at County headquarters along Embu-Meru Highway on or before 30^TH  October 2024 at 11:30 a.m.
4. There shall be a mandatory pre-Tender site visit on 23rd October 2024. All tenderers are requested to assemble at Roads and Public Works office at Majimbo at 10:00 a.m for site visit.

5. The system will automatically LOCK OUT at the time indicated in the IFMIS portal (E- Procurement services).
6. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Procurement block’s boardroom.

Note: Due diligence shall be carried out on all information provided.

In case of inconsistency between bid document submitted manually and bid submitted through the IFMIS system, the tenderer will be automatically disqualified.
