UPGRADING OF KATHARAKA – MUKUI – MUMBUNI ROAD TO BITUMEN STANDARDS UNDER DESIGN AND BUILD

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF THARAKA NITHI TENDERS OCTOBER 2024 

The County Government of Tharaka Nithi invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the following tenders. Tendering will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2015

            COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ROADS, INFRASTRUCTURE & URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements;

1. a)Attach a copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
2. b)Attach Copy of Registration/incorporation Certificate
3. c)Attach a copy of a valid single business permit/trading license
4. d)Attach valid Ksh.1,200,000/- bid security inform of a Bank guarantee, cash, OR a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority amount in Kenya shillings.
5. e)Attach valid and relevant NCA Registration certificate, NCA 2 and above for Road works
6. f)Bid Documents submitted MUST be sequentially numbered (serialized).
7. g)Form of tender MUST be fully filled and signed
8. h)Confidential business questionnaire MUST be fully filled and signed
9. i)Beneficial ownership disclosure form MUST be fully filled and signed
10. j)Attach a copy of site visit certificate
