CONTRACT TITLE:  Supply, Delivery and Installation Of 14 Km Pipeline, Borehole Drilling and Equipping Of 2 No. Boreholes at Kerma and Roret Office, Construction of Steel Tanks, – Ino Pressed Steel Ground Tank 300m3, 2no. – Elevated Pressed Steel Tanks 100m3, and Supply and Delivery of Motorbikes,
  1. The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation Development Project – Conditional Liquidity Support Grant [CLSG] II and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the under mentioned works.
  2. The Nakuru Rural water and Sanitation Company Limited now invites sealed Bids from eligible Supply and Delivery of the Goods indicated on the table:

  1. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised 5th Edition September2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), which can be found in the following website: www.worldbank.org/procurement and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from WSP physical address and inspect the bidding document during office hours0900 to 1700hours excluding weekends and public holidays at the address below.
  3. The bidding document in English may be downloaded free of charge from the company’s website www.naruwasco.co.ke  Bidders who download the bidding documents are required to notify the Purchaser by email with full contact details that they intended to participate, this will facilitate issuance of notifications by the Purchaser, to all bidders where necessary.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 5th November 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 5th November 2024,12:00hours East African Time(EAT].
  5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security In the form of a Bank Guarantee as shown below:

Lot2:  Borehole Drilling and Equipping of 2 No. Boreholes at Kerma and Roret Office, Kshs 300,000.00
Lot 3:  Construction of Steel Tanks, 1no Pressed Steel Ground Tank 300m3,2no. – Elevated Pressed Steel Tanks 100m3 Kshs 250,000.00
Lot 4:  Supply and Delivery of Motorbikes Kshs 30,000. 00
