PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF KIBUGUA STADIUM, FY 2024/2025

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF THARAKA NITHI TENDER NOVEMBER 2024 

DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH & SPORTS

The County Government of Tharaka Nithi invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the following tenders. Tendering will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2015

The Tenderer shall submit the following additional documents in its Tender:

1. i)Dully filled and signed form of tender in the official Company letter head
2. ii)Provide proof of registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA) category 6 and above under builders works category and category 5 and above under civil works with current annual contractors practicing license.

iii)   Submit a sequentially serialized tender document (each page of the tender submission must have a number and the numbers must be in chronological order).

1. iv)Tender Security in form of Bank Guarantee from a bank or insurances approved by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the amount of Kenya shillings 2,000,000.00.
2. v)Provide proof of power of attorney (of tender signatory if not director of the company/ partner, signed and
3. vi)stamped by Commissioner of Oaths)

vii)  Certified Valid Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration.

viii) Certified Valid Current Tax Compliance Certificate

1. ix)Dully filled, signed and stamped Confidential Business Questionnaire
2. x)Certified Valid Copy of Current Single Business permit (for the year 2024)
3. xi)Submission of certified valid CR12 form showing the list of directors /shareholding (issued within the last 12months) or National Identity Card(s) for Sole Proprietorship/Partnership

xii)  Must duly fill the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination in the format provided

xiii) Dully filled, signed and stamped the Self-declaration form that the person/tenderer is not debarred in the matter of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 in the format provided

xiv) Dully filled, signed and stamped Self-declaration that the person/tenderer will not engage in any corrupt or fraudulent practice in the format provided

1. xv)Dully filled, signed and stamped Declaration and Commitment to The Code of Ethics in the format provided

How to apply:

Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender documents with evaluation criteria from the Tharaka Nithi County website at www.tharakanithi.go.ke or PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke using the unique IFMIS Negotiation Number indicated in the tender advert.

Complete tender documents MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender documents to be received on or before Friday 6th December, 2024.

NOTE: Bidders who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS tender portal should contact the IFMIS Helpdesk (email http:/infmis.go.ke, Tel 0800721477/0204801801) at the treasury or contact Supply Chain management office located at the county headquarters’ in KATHWANA. MANUAL SUBMISSION OF BIDS will not be accepted. All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL.
