The University of Nairobi Pension Scheme 2007 invites bids from qualified Companies for provision of various Pension Scheme services listed as follows

Fund Management, Custody and Actuarial Firms must be listed with RBA and must be managing at least three (3) clients, each of whose asset base is KShs 15 Billion and above. Property Management Companies must be managing at least one (1) property with a rental income of KShs. 150 million per annum and above.
Interested firms may obtain the relevant Tender documents with detailed specifications from UNPS 2007 Offices, UNIPEN Building, Hurlingham Shopping Centre, Block A, 3rd Floor. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all Government taxes, and remain valid for the whole contract period.
The completed Tender documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelope marked with the respective Tender No. and description to:

THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE PLACED INSIDE THE TENDER BOX AT THE SCHEME S OFFICES ON OR BEFORE THE APPROPRIATE CLOSING DATE AND TIME AS INDICATED ABOVE. Opening will be done on the same day immediately after closing time, in the presence of representatives of tenderers who choose to attend the Tender opening at the Scheme Offices.
The University of Nairobi Pension Scheme 2007 reserves the right to accept or Reject a tender in whole or in part and is not bound to give reasons whatsoever for its decisions.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
