PROCUREMENT OF TWO HEMODIALYSIS MACHINE FOR THE RENAL DEPARTMENT IN KITUI COUNTY REFERRAL HOSPITAL (KCRH)

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KITUI TENDER NOVEMBER 2024

The County Government of Kitui, through the Ministry of Health and Sanitation intends to procure a contractor for the below Hospital Equipments Details on the scope of the works shall be indicated in the tender documents.

The advert and the tender documents can be accessed from the Kitui county Government’s website: www.kitui.go.ke  and the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke .

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. i)Attach valid copies of the Company Registration/Incorporation Certificate
2. ii)Properly fill, sign and stamp the Form of Tender which is inclusive of the following:-

• Confidential Business Questionnaire.
• Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Self-Declaration of the Tenderer.
• Conflict of Interest

iii)   Attach a Current Certified Copy of CR12 Certificate

1. iv)Attach all the directors certified copies of national identity cards.
2. v)Valid business permit/licenses
3. vi)Must serialize/ paginate all pages for each bid submitted

vii)  Bidders must not share a link in the IFMIS system during the uploading of the bid documents

viii) Must submit a copy of a current/valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Exemption certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.

1. ix)Attach a copy of Bid bond from a recognized financial institution and submit original hard copy at the head of supply chain office.

NOTE:

Further, b i d s from the following tenderers shall be treated as NON-RESPONSIVE and therefore subject to Automatic disqualification:

1. Bid documents from a tenderer whose Directors/Owners/Shareholders are either Public Servants, State Officers of the County Government of Kitui or their Spouses and or their Children;
2. Bid documents from a tenderer who has been served with a default notice ongoing projects;
3. Having been debarred by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

The tender documents containing detailed information on the tenders can freely be downloaded from the County Government of Kitui Website (www.kitui.go.ke)or PPIP Portal: www.tenders.go.ke with effect from Friday 25th NOVEMBER 2024.

Complete tender documents MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  ( http://www.supplier.treasury.go.ke ) to be received on or before 5th DECEMBER 2024 at 12.00 Noon in the IFMIS SYSTEM.MANUAL SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Original bid security must be delivered at the office of the Director of Supply Chain Management Services ,at the New Governors Admin Block on or before the closing date and time 5th DECEMBER, 2024 12:00PM)
