INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF PENSION SCHEME ADMINISTRATOR
TENDER NO: GaU/007/OT/2024-2025
1. Garissa University invites sealed tenders for the PROVISION OF PENSION SCHEME
ADMINISTRATOR.
2. Tendering will be conducted under National open tendering method using this standardized
tender document and is open to all qualified and interested insurance service providers. The
tender shall be submitted in two separate envelopes i.e Technical Proposal Submission
Envelope and Financial Proposal submission envelope.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0800hrs-1700hrs at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or
downloaded from the website www.gau.ac.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal,
www.tenders.go.ke
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge from the website in 3 above.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.gau.ac.ke or the Public
Procurement Information Portal, www.tenders.go.ke .
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Ksh 8,000 form of bank guarantee or PPRA
approved list of insurance companies and must be valid for (150 days).
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 13th December 2024 at 10:00 am.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
