PROVISION OF PENSIONERS SELF SERVICE PORTAL VIA INTEGRATION TO THE SCHEME’S ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERF) SYSTEM.
KenGen Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme invites sealed Request for Proposals for Provision of Pensioners Self Service Portal via integration to the Scheme’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
Tendering will be conducted under Request for Proposal method and is open to all qualified and interested business systems solutions service providers.
RFP documents obtained from the Scheme’s website, www.kengensrbs.co.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke shall be free of charge.
Qualified and interested tenderers may also obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours at the address given below.

A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may also be purchased or obtained by paying Kes. 1,000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to KenGen Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Service Provider who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@kengensrfas.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum/addenda.
Service Provider shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 13th December 2024 at 3:00 P.M

Request for Proposal documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
Late Request for Proposal documents will be rejected.
