TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED STAFF UNIFORMS FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS

1. The Kenya Revenue Authority invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following Tender(s):

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from KRA E-Procurement
portal available on the KRA website www.kra.go.ke free of charge. Prospective bidders should
register for E-Procurement to enable them access the KRA portal under “New Supplier
Registration” found under the Tender Tab.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed Bids are to be saved as PDF
documents marked “KRA/HQS/NCB-017/2024-2025: Supply and Delivery of Branded
Staff Uniforms for a period of Two (2) Years and submitted to the appropriate KRA Eprocurement Web Portal found on the KRA website so as to be received on or before 21st
January, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.
4. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering isopento allqualifiedandinterestedTenderers

6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kra.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to eprocurement@kra.go.ke, telephone +254
02 2817022 and P.O. BOX 48240 – 00100 to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
7. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed Tender documents should be submitted online through the portal.
9. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for 335 days commencing from the date of opening of tenders.

10. An original hard copy or a digital tender security (which MUST be verifiable in form of
QR code or an online portal) of Kes. 200,000.00 in a freely convertible currency valid
for 365 days from the date of tender opening i.e. valid until 20th January 2026. The
hard copy of the bid security MUST be dropped in the Tender Security Box
located at Ground Floor, Times Tower Building and for digital tender security,
it MUST be attached and submitted electronically together with the technical
proposal any day before the tender closing date. The hard copy of the Bid
Security must be in a sealed envelope bearing the Tender Number and
Description and addressed to the address indicated above.

12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the closing date and time specified above or any
other deadline date and time that may be specified later.
13. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address above.
14. Late tenders will be rejected
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
