Tender documents obtained from the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner website, www.odpc.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke shall be free of charge.
Qualified and interested tenderers (Youth registered under AGPO scheme with the National Treasury) may also obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours at the address given below.

during normal working hours on Monday to Friday between 0900hrs to 1600hrs (East Africa Time).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@odpc.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum/addenda. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days from the date of opening of tender. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Duly Filled Tender Securing Declaration submitted by the Main Contractor. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th February 2025 at 1030hrs (East Africa Time).
