INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PREQUALIFICATION
PREQUALIFICATION AND REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS AND CONSULTANTS FROM THE SUPPLY AND PROVISION OF GOODS SERVICES AND WORKS

1. The Kenya Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(KenyaAIST) intends to prequalify contractors/Suppliers/Service Providers
for the supply and provision of goods, services and works for a period
of two (2) years.
2. Tendering will be conducted through open tender method using a
standardized tender document and will be open to all applicants who
are eligible and qualify.
3. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information
and inspect the Prequalification Document during office hours
between 0900hrs to 1600hrs at the address given below.
4. Prequalification Document may be viewed and downloaded for free
from the website: https://kenya-aist.ac.ke/Applicants who
download the Prequalification Document must forward their
particulars immediately to supplychain.logistics@kenya-aist.ac.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Applications for prequalification should be submitted by postal
service, or hand/courier delivery, clearly marked envelopes and
delivered to the address given below by 27th January 2025
6. Late applications are liable to be rejected.
