INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INDUSTRIE 4.0 (1X4IR AUTOMATION:INDUSTRIAL GRADE MECHATRONICS TRAINING KIT.
1. Dedan Kimathi University of Technology invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of
Industrie 4.0 (1x4ir Automation: Industrial Grade Mechatronics Training Kit
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tendering method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to ALL qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded to multiple
bidders on the basis of Framework Agreement.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain a complete set of tender documents from the State
department for Transport website, www.dkut.ac.ke and PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke free of
charge.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hour’s 0800 to1700 hrs
at the address given below. More details on the goods are provided in PART 2 – Supply Requirements,
Section V – Schedule of Requirements in the Tender Document.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 27th January, 2025
at 10:00 am East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
