NOTE
- Only Manual submissions of completed tender document shall be allowed.
- The interested tenderer are advised to visit the site and familiarize themself with all site conditions prior to submission of tenders.
- Two sets of the tender documents, Original and Copy (ONE) to be submitted, in separate envelopes clearly marked Original and Copy.
- Bidders to submit their quotes per lot clearly indicating :
- i)The lot number on the submission envelope and description of lot
- ii)g., “….provision of cleaning services for Lot 1 – Machakos Level 5 Hospital & Mutituni Level 4 Hospital..”
iii) Other submission instructions as per the instructions in the invitation to tender notice and tender document
- The Evaluation and Qualification criteria of bids is as described in the tender documents.
