PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CLASSROOMS AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS – SEME NG-CDFC

SEME NG-CDFC TENDER JANUARY 2025 

Seme NG-CDFC invites Tenders from eligible Construction Companies for (General Contractors) for proposed works on the following project being funded by NGCDFC.

SITE VISIT

Interested Contractors are advised to visit the sites to familiarize themselves with the proposed works.

ELIGIBILITY

Interested bidders are required to meet the following mandatory conditions: –

1. a)Attach a Certified Copy of the National Construction Authority Certificate (Building Works) NCA 8 and above
2. b)Attach copy of AGPO Certificates for Reserved Tenders.
3. c)Attach Certified Copy of Business Registration/Incorporation;
4. d)Attach a Certified copy of a Valid Business Permit;
5. e)Attach Certified Copy of Current and Valid Tax Compliance Certificate;
6. f)Attach Certified Copies of Audited Financial Report from a Reputable Firm for the last three years (2021, 2022 and 2023)
7. g)Certified Copy of CR12 with Copies of Director’s ID;
8. h)Completely filled in and Stamped, Confidential Business Questionnaire, Form of Tender, Disclosure of Interest Form, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Form SD1 and SD2
9. i)Proof of Similar Work of Similar Magnitude;
10. j)The bid document MUST be SERIALIZED
11. k)Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for a period of 120 days from the day of opening the bids.
