Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Supply Chain Management Services Offices at the Department of Health Services during normal working hours except on public holidays. A complete set of Tender documents containing detailed Information can be downloaded FREE of charge from the County website www.machakos.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke.
NOTE
- Only Manual submissions of completed tender document shall be allowed.
The Evaluation and Qualification criteria of bids shall be applied as described in the tender documents.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant tender number and name should be addressed to:-

P.O BOX 1996 – 90100, MACHAKOS
And be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception, Machakos County Headquarters, Ngei Road, on or before 4th FEBRUARY 2025 at 11.00 Am EAT, and the opening will take place immediately thereafter, at the Machakos level 5 – Laboratory boardroom, in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids will not be accepted.

All bidders whose applications will have been received by the closing date and time will be advised in due course, of the results of their applications.
