REGISTRATION NOTICE
REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES
TENDER NO: CMA/REG-001/2025-2027
The Authority invites sealed applications from interested and eligible candidates for purposes of
registration of suppliers for goods, works and services for the period 2025/2026 – 2026/2027 under the
following categories (attached Document):
A complete set of Registration Tender Documents may be downloaded by interested and eligible
candidates Free of Charge from the CMA website www.cma.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Those who
download the documents from the websites must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@cma.or.ke for recording and any further clarifications and addenda.
Duly completed “Original” Registration Documents, enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly labeled
“REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES – CMA/REG-001/2025-2027”
shall be deposited in the Tender Box at Embankment Plaza, 3rd Floor, Longonot Road, Upper Hill,
Nairobi, and addressed to:-

so as to be received on or before 11th February 2025 at 11:00am.
All Bid Documents must be serialized/paginated.
Submissions will be opened immediately thereafter in the presences of the committee, tenderers or their
representatives who choose to attend the opening at The Capital Markets Authority Offices,
Embankment Plaza, 4th Floor, Conference Room on Tuesday 11th February 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
Firms that are in the current list of registered suppliers and those that have submitted their company
profiles/letters of introduction MUST apply afresh in order to determine their eligibility.
