SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CLIMATE FRIENDLY (CARBON OFFSET) STEAM COOKING SYSTEM FOR SUSTAINABLE SCHOOL MEALS
PROGRAMME (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1. The NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR NOMADIC EDUCATION IN KENYA (NACONEK) invites sealed
tenders for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CLIMATE FRIENDLY (CARBON
OFFSET) STEAM COOKING SYSTEM FOR SUSTAINABLE SCHOOL MEALS PROGRAMME
(FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tendering Method (National) resulting into Framework Agreements
using the PPRA standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically from the NATIONAL
COUNCIL FOR NOMADIC EDUCATION IN KENYA website https://www.naconek.ke/tenders or
www.tenders.go.ke (PPIP portal)
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@naconek.ke for registration.

7. Complete Tender Documents shall be dropped in the tender box located on the 6th floor, Uchumi House, Aga
Khan Walk
8. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs and must be expressed in Kenya
Shillings and shall remain valid for One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the closing/opening date of the tender
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 29TH JANUARY
2025 at 11.00 a.m. - Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at NATIONAL COUNCIL
FOR NOMADIC EDUCATION IN KENYA,6TH FLOOR, UCHUMI HOUSE,
AGA KHAN WALK, NAIROBI. - Late tenders will be rejected.
