- The State Department of Trade (SDT) invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates for the Framework Contract for Provision of Air Ticketing Services for a Period of Two (2) Years with a value for money assessment undertaken annually to confirm whether the Bidder is providing satisfactory performance and whether the terms in the framework contract remain competitive.
- Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method on basis of Framework Agreement and is open to all Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities categories registered appropriately with the National Treasury under the AGPO Programme.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours, between 0800 to 1600 hours (East Africa) at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
- Service Charge should be inclusive of all taxes and service delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and will remain fixed throughout the contract period i.e. (2) years.
- Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the State Department of Trade Website: or Public Procurement Information Portal Website: www.trade.go.ke free of charge. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non-refundable fees of KShs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to the following email: proc.statedepartmentoftrade@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration form.
- All Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday, 4th 2025 at 10.00 a.m. (East African Time) Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using the register located at the reception area at the address located below.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
