The Kenya Law Reform Commission is a Semi-autonomous agency established by the Kenya Law Reform Commission Act, No. 19 of 2013. The Commission has a statutory and ongoing role of reviewing all the laws of Kenya to ensure that it is modernized, relevant and harmonized with the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. KLRC invites sealed Open National Tenders as below:-

Eligible Tenderers may obtain a set of documents from the Supply Chain Management Office during normal working hours, Reinsurance Plaza 3rd FLOOR, ROOM 315 between 9.00a.m and 4.00p.m on weekdays, upon payment of the non-refundable fee as indicated on the table above. Payments can be made in Bankers Cheque, Cash, or deposited in Co-operative Bank, Aga Khan Walk Account number 01141309236200 and bank slip submitted to the Accounts Department during normal working hours and obtain official receipt.
Original and Complete Tender document plus one copy (Original & Copy) should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes
clearly marked “TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER…….. FOR….. should be deposited in the TENDER

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at KLRC Main Conference room, 3rd Floor, RE-INSURANCE PLAZA.
Any canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification. Tenders received after the stated time or date will not be accepted.
