INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO: NTSA/NCB-006/2024-2025
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, UPGRADE AND SUPPORT FOR CITRIX VDI
Solution on Framework Contract for a period of three (3) years.
1. The National Transport and Safety Authority invites sealed tenders for Supply, Delivery, Upgrade
and Support for Citrix VDI Solution on Framework Contract for a period of three(3) years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive method using a standardized tender document.
3. Invited tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours
[ i.e. 0900 to 1600 hours] at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.ntsa.go.ke and Public
Procurement information Portal tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@ntsa.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall
remain valid for 154 days from the closing date of the tender.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya Shillings Eight Hundred Thousand (Kes
800,000.00) in form of a bank Guarantee from a reputable bank licensed by the Central Bank of
Kenya OR an Insurance Guarantee issued by an Insurance Company approved by the Public
Procurement Regulatory Authority and Must be valid for a minimum 154 days from the tender opening
date.
8. The Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted including all
attachments.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 6th February 2025 At 11:00A.M.
10. Electronic Tenders [ will not] be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.

Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number
and Tender Name addressed to the Director General and deposited in the Tender Box on 8th floor, National
Transport and Safety Authority’s 316 Upper Hill Chambers.
c. Address for Opening of Tenders.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the
National Transport and Safety Authority’s Headquarters 316 Upper Hill Chambers 2nd Ngong Avenue P.O. Box
3602-00506, 9th Floor Boardroom, Nairobi.
