Any clarification request regarding this RFQ may be sent in writing to
rsiftenders@icipe.org before 11^th December 2020 at 5.00 pm. The Employer will
forward copies of its response to all Contractors including a description of the inquiry
but without identifying its source.
Interested bidders are invited for a site visit and briefing on Wednesday 9th December,
2020 at 11.00 am at icipe Duduvile campus in Kasarani along KISE road.

Submission of Quotations
Quotations shall be submitted in the form attached at Annex 2. Request for Quotations
must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person and deposited
in the icipe Tender Box, on or before Wednesday, 16th December, 2020 at 11:00 am,
East Africa Time. The bids will be opened the same date and time, in the presence
of those submitting. The submissions in hard copy should be clearly marked “
