SUPPLY OF HEALTH PRODUCTS (SOLID DOSAGE FORM, PARENTERAL FORMULATIONS AND INHALER)
1. The Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) has set aside funds for use in the
procurement of Health Products during the financial year 2024-2025. It is intended that part
of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under contracts for
Supply of Health Products (Solid Dosage Form, Parenteral Formulations and Inhaler).
2. KEMSA now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers for the Supply of Health Products
(Solid Dosage Form, Parenteral Formulations and Inhaler)
3. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and
Asset Disposal Act 2015 (amended) 2022 and is open to all.
