INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF INTERNET SERVICES FOR COURT STATIONS
TENDER NO. JUD/015/2024-2025
The Judiciary invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and
Commissioning of Internet Services for Court Stations. This contract will initially be for one (1)
year with the possibility of annual renewal for a maximum of three (3) years subject to satisfactory
performance.
Interested and eligible candidates can view and download the tender document from the Judiciary’s
website: www.judiciary.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website:
www.tenders.go.ke. Any requests for clarification must be made in writing at least five (5) days before
the tender closing date. All clarifications and addendums will be posted on both the Judiciary and PPIP
websites.
Prices quoted in the tender must include all taxes and delivery costs, expressed in Kenya Shillings.
Prices shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the tender closing date. Bidders
must submit a tender security of Kenya Shillings Three Thousand (Kshs. 300,000.00) per cluster.
Bidders must quote for a minimum of five (5) clusters. If bidders wish to include additional clusters
beyond the minimum, the tender security must be prorated accordingly. The tender security should
remain valid for an extra thirty (30) days after the expiration of the tender validity period, totalling one
hundred and fifty (150) days from the date of the tender opening. The security must be in the form of a
guarantee from a bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority
(PPRA) addressed and payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. All pages of the submitted
tender documents must be serialized in chronological order. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Completed tender documents, accompanied by a soft copy on a CD, should be placed in plain sealed
