INVITATION TO TENDER
KENYA ROADS BOARD (KRB) TENDER NO. KRB/T/12/2024–2025:
PROVISION OF MEDICAL AND RELATED INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES FOR FY 2025-2026
1. The Kenya Roads Board (KRB) is a statutory body established by the Kenya Roads Board
Act No. 7 of 1999 as a corporate body under the State Corporations Act (Cap. 446) of the
Laws of Kenya. The object and purpose for which the Board is established is to oversee
the road network in Kenya and coordinate the maintenance, rehabilitation, and
development. The Board falls within the Ministry of Roads and Transport.
2. The Board (KRB) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Provision of Medical
and Related Insurance Brokerage Services for FY 2025-2026 for a period of one-year
renewable annually for a further period of two years’ at the sole discretion of the Board
upon review of the contract performance.
3. Tendering will be conducted under an open competitive method (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
Insurance Brokerage firms.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except lunch time 1:00p.m to 2:00pm
at the address given below.
